The income is paid at the end of the holiday season, mid October each calendar year. Under this rental agreement only the Managing Company has the right to use the property.

B. Guaranteed rental yield 3,45%. Option for signing a rental agreement for up to 5 years. The amount of the rental income is calculated on the sale price of the apartment, excluding VAT. The rental agreement should be signed for two consecutive months a year one of each must be July or August. Payment scheme

40% of the cost of the apartment is paid within 9 months:

For the remaining 60% of the cost - installment payment for real estate under an agreement with the developer Fort Knox:

- with an installment plan for 2 years - an increase in the price of 5.2% per annum on the balance

Sveti Vlas (Saint Vlas)

Sveti Vlas (Bulgarian: Свети Влас, Greek: Αγίος Βλάσης) is a Bulgarian city and a resort town on the Black Sea. It is located at the foot of the southern slope of Stará Planina, in the northern part of the Burgas Bay. Sveti Vlas has recently become a popular tourist resort, serving as a quieter alternative to Sunny Beach, which, like the town of Nesebar, is easily accessible by bus or boat. In March 2015, the city had 4,141 inhabitants.
